Due to a genuine mistake by the seller, when the laptop arrived it had no touchscreen, as advertised. I informed them and they replied most apologetically within minutes. They arranged the collection of the item and sent me a different laptop they had listed of my choice both for the next morning. They gave me an added discount off the price of the replaced item.
I am delighted with my new laptop and I highly recommend Tech savers. Great customer service goes a long way! Thank you.

Great service. First laptop arrived with a small fault which probably happened in transit, A technician quickly responded and offered possible solutions to try. Sadly that didn't work so they arranged collection at their expense and quickly agreed the issue was a fault. A different machine was quickly dispatched which works perfectly. Both the original and replacement units are in better condition than described and this company has helpful. knowledgeable staff. Would buy again from this company

The laptop I ordered couldn't be located & so I was offered a similar one with a storage upgrade. It arrived quickly & well packaged. Unfortunately, the one I received only had 256gb & was older than the one I purchased. The seller offered me 3 options including a return for a full refund. I accepted a partial refund to keep the laptop to save any hassle. The sellers after sales service is great, but they should work on sending the correct item initially looking at their feedback comments.
