Bought this for the caravan , not put it together yet, it arrived quickly (within days) it arrived in one box , which weighs about 34kgs , the young delivery driver carried it without much effort, he placed it the hallway , I’ve been able to move it myself. Was worried with it only being one box as the larger ones arrive in two , I contacted seller and they came back straight away assuaging my fears of missing a box by confirming only one box , would recommend seller .

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
