Item was defective on arrival, and seller did not wanted to pay the return postage & packing if I returned the item for a full refund. As an alternative the seller offered refund 1/2 the price if I didn't return the item. It was not my fault the item was defective, so I should not lose money on the process. Offering to refund 1/2 sounded like a scam to me.
