A terrible ordeal. I was sent an item that wasn't advertised. I contacted the seller, they said no problem. Just close the return, send back the item, and they would duly replace. Meanwhile, I'm without a phone, had to have days off work. Then after a few days of no updates from the seller, I contacted them. They then nonchalantly said they have the item they sent, and would sent a replacement. I said fine. It turns out they never had the phone they actually advertised, they then trie
