Returns Policy/Delivery/ Warranty Information
All our appliances come with a United Kingdom Functional Warranty. This warranty is a Domestic Warranty only - (No Commercial Warranty unless stated in the listing)
Up on delivery please fully inspect the item before accepting it. For larger items you will be given ample time to inspect them. You will then be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery, once this has been signed, we accept no liability for cosmetic marks or any damages to the item.
If the Item is faulty the Customer is within their rights to return the item if this is within the seller’s warranty period being 28 days
The appliance must be registered with the Manufacturer a.s.a.p. to ensure full cover is provided by them.
Warranty may become void if items deemed to be “misused” or “tampered with”.
The Company bears no liability or responsibility for faulty plumbing or connections.
The Company does not accept any liability implied or otherwise for loss of earnings, due to delays on delivery. Delays can occur for many reasons such as traffic incidents and weather delays prior to ordering.
The Company does not accept any liability for property damage as our delivery service is “doorstep only”. The Courier may assist on occasion to take the appliance to your room of choice, but this is entirely at your own risk.
CANCELLATIONS
The Customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days. If the Item has already been delivered it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. If the customer requires us to collect the item a charge will be incurred.
STANDARD HOME DELIVERY
FREE Standard Home Delivery is available on most purchases. This excludes Ireland, Highlands and Islands these do have a surcharge.
The cut off point for delivery estimates is before 2pm. Add an extra day to the estimates if ordering after this time
Standard Delivery for smaller items (up to 25kg) usually next day.
Standard Delivery for Large Appliances takes 3 – 6 working days depending on situations out of our control
Our Standard delivery is an all-day delivery service normally between the hours of 8am – 8pm
 
DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS: Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland. All Offshore deliveries including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly. We are happy to quote you our delivery costs to the areas not covered by our Free Standard Delivery service - Call us on 01606 272727 and we can give you the current courier shipping rates.
 
 
 
 
DELIVERY OF SMALL ITEMS
Your order will be delivered by one of our authorised Parcel Couriers. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. All items delivered will require a signature up on delivery.
If you are not in, the courier will leave a card. Please either re-arrange your delivery with the courier or arrange a collection from their local depot as detailed on the card. If this is not done a.s.a.p. the item will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply.
Signing for your Goods
Please inspect goods and packaging on delivery Any damage to the packaging or product must be noted on the delivery note and notified to our customer services team (by email) within 48 hours from delivery. Missing or incorrect items or any other issues with your order must be noted on the delivery note before signing and you must notify us (by email) within 48 hours from delivery. Claims for damage after this time cannot be accepted.
Important: Please open all packaging carefully - we recommend that you keep the original packaging in case the item needs returning.
DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS
Large Appliances, accessories and heavy and/or valuable items are delivered to your home by one of our Specialist Delivery Companies.
Standard Delivery (FREE): Monday – Sunday between 8am to 5pm. Delivery will take between 3-5 working days.
Delivery Booking Process:
On the day of order (or next working day if after 16:00 or during a weekend day or public holiday), you will be contacted by one of our delivery team. Please leave a number you can easily be contacted on with your order. Failure to supply this number may lead to delays. Our delivery team will then contact you to book a suitable delivery slot depending on the service you have selected.
Damages: It is important to unpack and check your goods before you sign and accept them. If you discover any damage, you can either reject the delivery OR you must make a note of such on the courier’s consignment note before you sign for and accept the goods. Please notify us in writing immediately or no later than 2 days from delivery. We are unable to accept any liability for damage or loss after this time.
Incorrect Delivery: If we supply you with a product other than the one ordered, it is important to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days from delivery. We will be happy to collect and exchange for the correct model provided the returned item is complete and as new with box and packaging.
Goods Lost in Transit: Once we have given you a dispatch and expected delivery date, it is important to notify us of undelivered goods within 2 days from the expected delivery date.
Our Delivery Companies will hold orders for no more than 5 working days - after which if they are unable to deliver to you (due to no fault of ours or our delivery company), they will return the goods back to us and any associated delivery / return / re-delivery costs charged to you.
