The goods were well wrapped and protected. Delivery prompt. Goods as described. However upon receipt the CD unit was found to be faulty. The vendor was contacted and apologised and immediately sent a replacement CD unit like for like. The replacement works perfectly. I cannot praise the vendor enough for their prompt action and understanding . Will certainly use again .
