Terrible service item arrived broke .called the seller he hung up ..and needs the broken item returned even tho he's seen photos of it snapped still in its packaging...posting it back is not easy for as I explained to him because of my disability..but he insisted I do ......causing me a nightmare in how I get it returned

With the email trail regarding the damaged item, you accepted the return and the returning postage was paid by us, you then sent further emails stating us liars regarding the item, you then phone us aggressively demanding us to issue you a full refund and calling us liars again, then you explained your difficulties due to your disability, we again requested the item to be returned and explained why we required this, then the phone went dead, we await the return and will issue you a full refund.
