Super quick delivery, definitely light blue colour as described and the adhesive is on the reverse side to the light blue denim material. You may need to bear this in mind when deciding what side the patch is intended to be used on. It's design is for the outside of a garment, not the inside as the glued side would be visible through the hole from the outside of the clothes, and the inside might be against skin dependent on patch location..
