Amp arrived intact bud had a loud hiss when turned on. I contacted the seller who responded quickly but insisted it wasn't like this when shipped. After some useful correspondance via eBay messages we agreed on partial refund (sale amount excl postage). But seller did not actioned this, it has now been over two weeks with no further messages despite my reminders. I'm very dissatisfied, I would not recommend purchasing any other items from this seller.
