Great hammer drill
Brilliant compact hammer drill and with the "compact" 3ah batteries. These batteries are the new cells rather than the 18650 cells and last forever on the one charge which is great and are charged well within an hour and this isn't the fast rapid charger which again is better because the worse thing is fast charging any battery, trickle charge is so much better for cell longevity. A great all round kit and very light and only 6.2 inches long, very compact brushless motor with 65nm of torque.... what's not to like. Brilliant compact hammer drill and with the "compact" 3ah batteries. My Go-To!
I have a number of DeWlat drills and this is my go-to! It's the smallest and lightest of their current range. Sure it's not the fastest, and it's not the most powerful, but it's perfect for any job, especially as a screwdriver. Although the larger models are more sophisticated, the are heavier and often noisier. Most of the other models have some form of rapid stop mechanism that makes an uncomfortable clunk noise as they stop rotating. Not this one! One of the reasons I prefer using a normal drill for screwdriving is noise. Impact drivers are noisy. So, a great little drill. Just don't match it up with a heavy battery! I would prefer two 2AH batteries than one 4AH for this one. You don't want a heavy battery and better to have one on charge while you are using the other so you never run ...
