After a little chasing up, parcel arrived quite late in the evening having been dumped on my doorstep.. This standard of delivery is becoming the norm, despite having a door bell, knocker, mobile phone . Goods received with thanks. A generous 4 stars. ( bad delivery and a bit of chasing up). E bay is dominated by overseas sellers & goods so the service has to get better.

No problem with the service, the item arrived quickly. However… gotta be honest, this product is rubbish. 6 little plastic bags of coloured sand and all you do is tip in water. Then you can’t get it out again without losing half of it. Doesn’t even come in a box or nicely packaged. Wins the 2023 worst Christmas present award! Maybe worth £2 but certainly not 18 quid
