Duck arrived with damage to head which was not stated in description
Seller was quick to respond and offered me to send it back she would refund
For the price of the duck I didn’t want to spend £5 sending it back and choose to keep the duck
Maybe an offer of refunding my postage would of been an equal compromise etc
But overall seems like a nice person just more detail of checking over items needed
