DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Awful company, I bought 4 Amazing Digital Circus plush toys to give as Christmas presents and they arrived in the dirtiest packaging squished into a ball all out of shape. The Jax teddy's head won't stay up and the legs are sewn on backwards. The other three are all crumples and wrinkled and covered in stains. The company tried to offer a 15% refund even though these items are not as described and have to go in the bin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The Item received was not the model I was expecting, partially due to a small error in the ebay description, but mostly due to my mistake in selecting the wrong product. I requested to return the item and obtain a refund, this was agreed to and a refund authorised even before I have had the chance to visit the post office! I hope to do so today.
