Arrived within 2 days, considering the amount of bubble wrap and packaging and sent with courier postage was excellent value, item seams to work but haven't cooked in it yet as only tiny weeny negative and its nit picking but item smelt of fat, on inspection paddle was a bit grubby, so was basket and inside, don't get me wrong it's wasn't really dirty, think this must be a man who sold this lol. Overall excellent service and good value, the critics is meant as feedback not as a negative
