Item arrived well packed. the item came without the internal hard drive, (unknown to the seller) I asked to return for a refund, the seller took time to respond and only did after eBay stepped in. The seller didn't refund on receipt of item and again I asked eBay to step in and I had a full refund from eBay with no response from seller.
