I am always happy with this product. It does exactly what it says on the label and supplier or I get my product off. I’ve had a couple of orders of this particular supplier now and they always send it on time. Never have a problem. I need to contact them. They message back the same day not a couple of days later and culture. Item arrived broken and the contents leaked all over the box and through it. Contacted seller with a photo. They replied asking for a photo which I already sent them. They did this a further 2 times after I sent a photo another 2 times! Seemed like a delay tactic. Couldn’t send a slimey box back to them. In the end EBay got involved and fully refunded me. As a buyer I shouldn’t have been put through any of this! Terrible. I don’t recommend this seller.

Brilliant Product For Reflux
You can get this prescribed but we couldn't get an appointment so bought online. It didn't arrive for well over a week though, which wasn't great. Buying in bulk is more cost effective. Mix it with babies milk to allow them to hold it down better. You should see a huge improvement in regurgitation straight away and baby should be satisfied for longer. The beauty of Carobel instead of the reflux milk is that you can make it as thick or thin as you need. Seems to be a lot easier on their wee tummies too because my baby still got sick with SMA Reflux formula.You can get this prescribed but we couldn't get an appointment so bought online. Good for bottlefed babies
My baby has reflux and is taking Gaviscon Infant but it makes her constipated, so I decided to give Carobel a go as I heard it works similar but does not cause same issue. It was quite tricky to give it to her as she is breast fed. I must admit it was quite difficult to follow manufacturers guidelines while feeding. Unfortunately, it did not work very well for us. With or without Carobel my baby was sick the same way. However I must say, once I added Carobel to the bottle with expressed milk and then it did work quite ok. She still was sick a bit, but I could see that more of feed stays in her stomach. But when I tried next time, milk got very thick and I could see that it is difficult for her to drink and after few sips she started to cry and rejected the bottle. If it's about the dose ... But in my case, when I breastfeed, it did not work which is very unfortunate.
