Quality laptop but the speakers leaves much to be desired. The speakers are certainly not the Harman Kardon make usually installed on such Toshiba laptops. Top lid shell shows cracks at the top left corner near the left hinge, and not mentioned in the listing. Sold at a competitive price though, and delivered in good time.
