The phone was a modded korean knock off. You could not update the software as the mod would cause it to constantly crash. I was not even informed via the listing, description or by the seller that this was a modded phone and the seller is legally obliged to inform all buyers if a phone is modded. I will never recommend this seller to anyone who is after a new phone as modded phones unless modded by the manufacturer do not have a legitimate warranty. The box also contained fake stickers
