I ordered a sheet of 1/2" thick foam. Received 2", see picture. Totally not interested, offered 10% refund, even after I said I was unable to cut a sheet to reduce the thickness. Refused to send replacement, so started a return. I will send a replacement quickly followed but only if you cancel the return. The most unhelpful seller I have found in over 10 years on ebay.

Delivered item nothing like what pictured on listing with it being out of square and the foam not filling the vinyl. Seller attempting to duck out of resolving on grounds of me ordering a custom made size which surely should not excuse poor quality workmanship. V disappointing attitude with me initially trying to resolve without quarrel and trouble
