Only one drawback
The tap itself is great,but the only drawback they have is the pull out hose.the inner hose which is plastic wears away from the tap connection which in turn makes the water when switched on allows the water to run down the metal hose onto the floor,when this happens the water runs onto the floor of the cupboard which means it could be a while before you notice the wet cupboard floor . Value for money Tap
This is a vaule for money product however it soon becomes evident on just how the manufacturer has saved money. You can't really give a bad review when the tap does exactly what its suposed to but you can certainly feel the tap is not a quality product. If your not terribly bothered by that then for the money its worth it. I have no idea how long it will last and wonder just how you would go about securing your ten year warranty. I have only one real issue in that rotating the tap itself tends to want to rotate the whole base as well. It doesnt seem to have a very good swivel action. I use it on a sink that has very little general use. Would I put it on my main kitchen sink. They say you get what you pay for in life! Well this has just replaced a 8 year old £150.00 Franke Goose neck tap. This was easy to install feels light weight but works great. Happy to recommend especially at these prices.

Variety of uses..a great addition to the kitchen
Haven’t fitted this one yet but hope it is the same as the one I got fitted in my other house quite a while ago and never had any problem. Looking forward to getting it fixed as it is so much easier to keep the sink clean and so much more. Hate being without one.
