Game was well priced, shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. The game arrived missing three vehicles and terrain pieces. The listing stated "figurines missing". No mention of missing vehicles and terrain. I contacted the seller and instead of a refund we agreed to the seller sending me a 1/144 Panzer model. Despite this and based on my previous experience with this seller, I still highly recommend them. I still purchase from them and haven't experienced any other problems.

Product was shipped in exactly the condition claimed, well packaged, fairly priced, but first order was cancelled without warning or communication and item was relisted for $5 more which was confusing and frustrating. Only negative really was that and poor communication. Otherwise Noble Knight Games is the best online RPG store in the US by far.
