The Snowball Effect. We watched this program on TV several weeks ago. Decided it was so good that we bought the DVD. Then we bought another DVD for my sister-in-law. We added two of the Diaries to form a Xmas present. We watched our own DVD on Xmas Day. Our house guests now want their own copy of the DVD as well. Purchased this book as I am fascinated with the 1930’s-1950’s and wanted to find out more about the Home Front, this book and the rest in the series are well worth the money and are excellent to read and includes a lot of information and more.... I would recommend this to anyone interested in this period of history as it gives you a lot of information and daily routes, etc...
