The listing stated that these were new and sealed. One tube was obviously used. The seal had been pulled off and someone made a bad attempt at putting it back on but it was just sitting on top of the hole which had moisturizer oozing out of it. The seal didn t just magically come off during shipping.
Seller issued a partial refund.
