The indicator bar is in the wrong position. IE: off is north but it’s south on these buttons. Also the hole is too small for a correct fit for the spindle and is not flush with the cooker. I will live with these faults but it’s not ideal.

Excellent customer services. They responded immediately to our queries and did their best to deliver what we needed. The first handle delivered was not as described and they immediately sent out another handle. Unfortunately this one wasn't compatible with our old fridge freezer either. We were able to return the two handles FOC and received a refund a few days after posting the package. We'd do business with this company any time.
