The chair arrived a day early and was packaged well, very easy to put together and the leather had no marks or blemishes nor did the wooden frame, it's a fake PU leather but, just like real leather, regular use of a leather conditioner will go a long way to making this last a long time (I've had PU leather products in the past). Personally, I find it very supportive and comfortable, additionally, the main area covers are zipped so cushioning can be replaced easily if need be.

Very poor quality chair. The bearings are really loud when you turn the chair. The holding mechanism needs turning really tight and it still does not hold properly. The legs were damaged. I selected the incorrect return reason by mistake and the seller chose not to refund the postage of 30 pounds. I would not recommend this product or the seller.

Received a text message to say when my item was going to be delivered, even though it was a little bit short notice. I was given a timeslot which I was able to arrange and the delivery came spot-on in that time slot. Once I unpacked and built it up, the table is exactly as described. Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did. And once again thank you to a very understanding and professional seller. Thank you.
