Offered return and full refund for size confusion, asked to let ebay know so I could get confirmation from them and get process started - didnt hear back. Actually one size off not 2 shoes are size 36. Honest mistake when typing - never heard back from them but they decided to keep shoes with massive discount and left negative feedback- kinda petty but hope you enjoy the shoes anyway
