The laptop looks good on the front, there was some residue on the back we think it was sticker removal residue, on one corner the back panel was not put back properly, but it doesn't effect the performance or use, so overall pretty satisfied with the purchase, not going to leave a bad review just ask in future that quality control is stepped up to find the odd problems before dispatch.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
