Initially the kindle wasn’t as described however, quick replacement sent out within 24 hours of me asking for a replacement without the initial kindle being returned. 2nd kindle as described. Overall really great communication. I would probably change the description as they are not ‘new/ unused’ per se but reconditioned but appear to be good value for money.
