Very good, quick communication from seller. Sewing machine was adequately packed to prevent damage. Could probably have used more padding in the box to prevent shifting, but case still arrived looking great. Oddly, the handle for the hand crank on the machine was bent and broke off with gentle manipulation, but as the machine was well immobilized for transport, not sure how that happened. All told, in good shape for being 135 years old and looking forward to getting it back into working order!
