Bed itself is really good and solid although had to buy extra clips to fit on the lid as they move apart when closed. Base of the storage part is not wood it's that pressed cardboard but seems to be holding my items ok. Got an email after I ordered to say that it would take 2 days to make and another 2 days to ship so to ignore ebays est delivery, also they would phone the day before to arrange time. But they didn't and they delivered it the next day when I was out and just left it in the porch

All in all the dogs collar arrived super quick and carefully packaged. In all fairness the dogs collar was as described and sadly my collar didn’t work. Contacted the seller who replied the same day and offered me a replacement or refund. I did opt for the refund and they instantly refunded me. Customer service was 5 star and wouldn’t put me off from buying from them again. Thank you so much for making it all stress free.

This collar (1 of 3 different colours) arrived with a piece missing, I messaged the seller who swiftly despatched a replacement. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived, it to had the same issue. It seems the seller is having issues with the red collars as I have used both of the others and have had no issues. The seller issued a full refund for the red collar. The seller was very helpful and the items were swiftly despatched, I would happily use again.
