Highly disappointed with the packaging of my item. I purchased a lot of cars that in the photos were all nicely laid out. The seller put all 15 cars in one plastic bag and stuffed it in a homemade box. The box was not completely taped closed either. I reached out to the seller who first agreed to a refund for shipping but then proceeded to make me jump through hoops taking multiple photos claiming if I didn’t do this I was basically a scammer. Very unpleasant experience

We never promised to refund anything before we asked for photos of the claimed damage. We don't feel like we made you jump through any hoops. You claimed the items were damaged due to our packaging methods. We compared every photo of the so called damage you sent with the photos from the original listing, and every scratch or paint chip was in the original photos. We understood that you were unhappy with your experience so we refunded your shipping despite there being no new damage to the cars.
