Arrived 16 days after ordering, unfortunately I was informed a week after ordering that the full back was out of stock so had to change my order to the scatter back, which is not a problem it is beautiful. Arrived in 5 pieces, very easy to assemble. Looks absolutely stunning. All cushion covers are removable and machine washable. Lovely plump seats so comfortable. Great customer service, delivery men were brill too. Absolutely recommend. Very happy with purchase.

The bed is an excellent quality, an amazing price and the customer service received has been outstanding. I needed to get the bed delivered urgently and it came within a couple of days. The communication with the seller has far exceeded my expectations. The delivery company left the wrong sized mattress and the seller had a new one delivered the following day together with 2 free fitted sheets.
The whole experience has been exceptional and I am happy to recommend the bed to all my friends
