This buyer has reached out to us regarding 2 broken crystals nearly 2 months after the purchase. We have kindly advised them that all our products from the range got sold out. We also did an extensive search for the customer to buy crystals alone from a different seller at a cheap rate. The buyer was trying to get a refund as we understand after all the returns/refund time crossed and not sure why this was kept as a secret for 2 months. Very unhappy and disappointed with the review.
