I needed an additional Macbook for work, so I wasn't bothered about it having a few cosmetic bangs and bumps. The product was listed as 'good' condition, which is the lowest standard of possible conditions (the others being 'very good' and 'pristine'). However, when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see it was absolutely immaculate. Literally looked brand new, not a single scratch.

Really really impressed. Got my macbook today, works perfectly and the condition like new. They kindly sent me photos of the model before sending (I asked, they jumped on it) so i could check condition… completely true to photos. Every step they have been fantastic to me.
Also they offer a good year warranty, nice return policy and are great with communication. Packaging was perfect - courier could have chucked it about to no affect. Couldn’t recommended enough!

It is immaculate, looks like it is brand new save for one tiny dent in one of the corners. As advertised it had been serviced and cleaned - spotlessly. It runs beautifully.
