Received both pencils in good time, I was really disappointed to see that the Sapphires pencil tip had broken off, was this a clearance item or second hand? The tip of the pencil was not even pointed which makes me feel it had been used.

I have tried to engage with the buyer. I have had no reply. The damage caused to the tip can be easily done by extending the tip with the top left on.As a good will gesture i even offered a partial refund, without any response the buyer has left negative feedback, which i feel is inappropriate.I can categorically state that all our cosmetic items are brand new, and unused.
