Due to all the chemtrails seen in the skies over Wales this past year and the foul tasting tap water, I decided it was time to get a Water Purifier. Being on a budget I had to research carefully. A friend had one and I tasted the water from it and it was delicious. So I ordered one, it arrived within a couple of days with regular updates from transport carrier. It was easy to erect. Warning ensure you tighten the tap washers if you don't it leaks. Once I had retightened them it was fine.

Berkefeld Vs Other water filters
Fantastic bit of kit, water is amazing from it, it's easy to put together, just finger tighten the water tap into the cylinder, the washer seal will do the rest. My son loves it. Water, without doubt, is essential to good health, getting it as contaminate free as possible is a must and this certainly does the job. I was doubtful over some of the reviews I read thinking it would only be as good as my countertop handheld water filter jug, how wrong I was, the Berkefeld produces far superior tasting Water. Good for its price
I'll be honest, I bought this one as I didn't want to pay the kind of money a berkey filter sells for. Its a good product but the plastic tap is absolute cr#p. But it has made my tap water drinkable whereas before being filtered the smell of chlorine alone was repulsive and the taste foul.

General good but the tap could be improved.
I am disappointed with the tap of the water filter. For this money, they could make sure that it is not licking water. Instead, they try to sell better ones separate.
