I immediately messaged sender who apologised and resent a brand new 15 in 1 Foodi with cellophane.
It was sparkling and was never opened before and the machine was excellent and worth the money.

You can certainly see it is refurbished - I wouldn't say 'pristine' as described - there are clearly visible imperfections; minor cosmetic dents and scratches, which clearly show previous signs of useage, wear-and-tear, however for £170 less than the price I almost paid on their website buying one brand new, I cannot really complain.

Ordered certified refurbished ninja which arrived scratched as was not in the pristine condition like it said it would be. I messaged them directly and they responded the same day and organised a collection from my home, they sent a replacement that arrived before the damaged was collected and was in brand new condition with all the cellophane and protection on it and in a brand new ninja box. Very happy will buy again from them. Brilliant service
