The intelligece is amazing - no dial, it just knows what temperature it should be. Yes it was a bit more expensive but do your research and you will find a decent price. Worst buying experience in 23 years. Only after 9 days, 3 unanswered messages and eBay intervention when I asked for a refund was it dispatched. The seller purports to be the Philips manufacturer. I hope the product is better than this appalling customer service. Are items being sent from Gloucester as stated, or Holland where they're based? Still hasn't arrived.
