These laptops are very clean and as described with very minor marks and scratches. Keyboards look unused. Specification exactly as described/requested, and everything works as expected.
Delivery time if 2 days was amazing too, and there packaging was simple and effective. Would definitely buy from these guys again!

Very impressive. Laptop was as described and probably a bit better than what I had expected from a cosmetic point of view. A few tiny superficial scratches on the casing. Dell Latitude 5400 that runs smoothly, quietly and feels super light compared to the first few laptops I owned. Will probably buy another one for the daughter who is off to uni next year.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
