I do not like giving negative feedback for sellers but I am doing this as a last resort. This product was estimated to be delivered between 2 - 5 days but it never arrived until way beyond that. I raised this with the seller, and his response was that it wasn’t his fault but that of Evri the delivery company. I find the response very rude, insulting, disrespectful and unprofessional. You’d expect a simple apology from a seller but that’s exactly what I didn’t get!
