The elasticated, instead of the usual draw cord, hem makes it much easier to get over the bike and it stays in place while you adjust for best fit. I bought this to go over a fat tyre folding bike with 20” wheels and it is a perfect fit so no extra flapping material to catch the wind or blow into your face as you fit it. Thanks. 👍👍👍
