Item seems to be good (refurbshed laptop) and functions satisfactorily. Safely packed with super air-filled sleeve inside a decent box, but moved around alarmingly within package. Seems not to be a problem as SSD rather than traditional mechanical hard drive, but worrying until I was able tp test the computer.
Otherwise, everything good. Rapid enough with generation of order and delivery. Good ebayer.. Thanks.

An amazing price for an excellent piece of kit. I had naively assumed the 2TB SSD would be Dell-branded but that was probably unfair to expect at the price. The hard drive provided gets good customer feedback.
Since my data is backed up to the cloud and I've created a recovery disk, I'm not too worried. I'd encourage other buyers to take these precautions which are best practice anyway.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
