This kettle is very stylish, is good value and boils quite quickly, but it sounds like a 747. The item is as described and was dispatched speedily, however Evri's delivery was woeful. An email said that the parcel was ready to be collected at the appointed drop-shop yet when I called in some time later I was told they hadn't got it. Later that day it was delivered to my door! A full week later I am still receiving emails reminding me to collect my parcel. Is this the best technology can do?
