Quality product. Very basic instructions included. Little or no help from seller. Was sent a very short poor definition video with Chinese audio on how to factory reset unit that didn’t work, When password is lost or forgotten follow on screen instructions to download app, which then lets you scan barcodes to get access code for reset. Same with internet setup, use wizard, scan and magically it’s automatically done. Sent email direct to casperi UK for help, “NO REPLY”
