Received wrong size item, wasn't aware that it was wrong size item as it did not come with a sticker or laber saying the size. Contacted seller and have been told its my fault and they will not refund me because it is inflated. Not even Ebay bothered to get my money back. Going on Amazon from now. Deleting Ebay. As for the seller i hope the £20 from me will take him all the way

The buyer attached pictures which clearly show the protectors fit the TV, however one of the protectors is on the wrong way round. If both are slid on to the TV in the correct orientation the whole screen is protected and there is a gap at the back for the stand. Despite numerous communications to try to help the buyer resolve the problem he still accuses us of supplying the wrong product. We offered a return and full refund initially, after reporting us to Paypal and ebay we withdrew that offer
