    The title means what it says - The Hairy Dieters - Make It Easy

    Recipes are easy to understand and follow. Also you can adapt them, changing the ingredients to suit your own taste. There are so many recipes to chose from anyone would be hard pressed not to find something to like. Even if you are not a very good cook the book is self explanatory and a good result can be achieved. The desserts look appealing and as you eat partly with your "eyes" you feel you are treating yourself and doing something good for your body.

    .....but not for me, they use too many chillis and peppers neither my favs. It’s not really cooking I thought good eating a better book. Why do all the chefs love chilli, they have to put more and more in until their taste buds are ruined I.m.h.o

    usually I do not fancy making recipes, I am no great cook but this book has recipes that are so easy I have already tried out three. My moan is that I wish the recipe amounts were for 2 helpings rather than four.
