1. General
1.1. These T&C's refer to My Recycling Ltd trading as eBay user ID mjhonline2013
1.2. These Conditions shall supersede all earlier conditions of My Recycling Ltd
1.3. These conditions shall take precedence over any conditions of the customer and shall not be varied without the written consent of a partner of My Recycling Ltd.
 
2. Prices and Ordering
2.1. Overseas and Non EU orders will be subject to local taxation for which we have no control or are liable for.
2.2. The price payable by the customer will be the price current at the date of the order.
2.3. Reservation of products does not constitute an order and is not binding on either party.
2.4. My Recycling Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
 
3. Payment
3.1. We accept payment via the following methods i) Paypal ii) Postal Orders iii) Direct Bank Transfer
3.2. Payment/contact MUST be made within 1 working day of the end of auction or sale.
3.3. Payment must be cleared in FULL before goods will be dispatched, no exceptions.
 
4. Shipping
4.1. Products supplied My Recycling Ltd are delivered at the risk of My Recycling Ltd. If a parcel is delivered damaged then it must be signed for as 'Damaged'. Customers must inspect the goods immediately following delivery and contact My Recycling Ltd within 24 hours to notify of any damage caused in transit; missing or lost items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.2. Goods will be shipped in most cases within 2 working days of receipt of cleared funds to UK Mainland destinations. Should there be a delay in processing your order you will be notified immediately and details of expected delivery will be made available
4.3. Advertised prices only includes shipping to Mainland UK. Carriage costs to Northern Ireland / Highlands & Islands / Isle of Man / Channel Islands / Isle of Wight may be higher and additional costs will need to be met by the 'Purchaser'.
4.4 Goods that are collected by the buyers own courier or shipping agent will NOT be offered WARRANTY or RETURN for items that arrive non functioning when sold as functioning or good working condition.
4.5 Please ensure if picking up equipment personally you arrived equipped with the appropriate vehicle to remove your item(s). Our staff will not be held responsible for damaged caused whilst moving or loading equipment into inappropriate vehicles.
4.6 Our staff will not assist customers load large, heavy or bulky items into customers vehicles due to Health & Safety, and insurance liability issues.
4.7 Shipping cost is for 2 attempted deliveries, if you’re not available for delivery please inform the shipping agent when a Not Available or Redelivery Booking card is left * by the number on the card or with our shipping agent City Sprint on 01344 489099 to re arrange delivery. Failure to do so will result in your item being marked as a failed delivery and reshipped back to My Recycling Ltd which there is a standard cost of £16 + Vat. If you then require your goods to be reshipped the £16 + Vat return cost plus the original delivery cost will need to be paid for by the “Purchaser” before goods can be redelivered. * if applicable Address’s with Access Control or Gated Residence do not apply.
 
5. Warranty
5.1. All items sold on a "Buy It Now" Format are supplied with 30 day 'Return to Base' (RTB) warranty - unless otherwise stated.
5.2. The Customer should return the product in its "original packaging" to My Recycling Ltd. Prior authorization must be obtained for any returns by contacting My Recycling Ltd and obtaining written authorization to return.
5.3. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold on a "Buy It Now" Format come with a 30 day 'Return To Base' warranty. Should your unit fail and require repair within 7 days of receipt, please contact us and we will authorize a return where My Recycling Ltd are responsible for carriage costs both ways. Your goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded as requested and returned to you. For orders outside the UK mainland, you will be liable for costs above the standard UK mainland rate.
5.4. In the case of a repair/upgrade during the remaining warranty period, The buyer is responsible for carriage both ways on warranty returns.
5.5. If any item is returned which is found not to be faulty by our technicians, then a £25 testing fee will be applied and must be received before items can be returned, return shipping cost of £16 + Vat will also need to be paid for by the 'Purchaser'
5.6. Original packaging must be kept should there be any need for returns. We cannot be responsible or held liable for damages to items returned without original packaging. Items returned damaged due to non original packing WILL NOT be refunded.
5.7. All items sold on an "Auction" DO NOT come with ANY warranty unless stated, No returns will be accepted for such items.
5.8. All items sold as "Spares & Repairs" DO NOT come with ANY warranty and are subject to "Bought as seen" with NO Warranty or Returns available - Please make sure you are aware of this limitation prior to bidding or purchase.
5.9. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

    Lightweight and Quiet

    This is an exceptionally quiet region 1 DVD player. Lightweight and small it can fit almost anywhere and in any room. The only issues I had with it was initially the remote conflicted with another Panasonic item I have. I enquired with Panasonic and they told me to change the code on the remote for the other item, which I did and it worked so no longer a problem. One more thing - nothing appears in the window, no clock and no countdown of the disk which is playing which I found unusual compared to other players. However the countdown of the disk can be displayed at the top of the TV screen by using the remote. This player was very easy to connect and set up and apart from the couple of niggles mentioned above I am extremely happy with this player, one of the best I have ever owned.

    dont buy

    Bought this in September hardly used, Firstly i found it would not pause it kept comming off pause,Also when putting a disc in the tray it was not smooth made a clonking sound, i lived with it but recently i put a disk in and it came up messed up, tried 3 different cleaners, then tried 3 more original discs i it just said error on disc , rubbish it was a brand new disc the other 2 it had trouble reading then picture came up messed up, I do not blame the seller but im amazed that a Panasonic player was faulty,Really shoddy work ill never waste anymore money buying ANY Panasonic from anyone, Yes it was still under garauntee hardly used, so had it for about 6 weeks did not want the hassle sending it back it just went in the bin,Anyone thinking about buying onbe of these check out a full ...

    Easy to use with great picture qality

    I had a DVD recorder/player for years and having to replace or repair it I was left with the choice of an expensive new one of the cheaper alternative of a player. I have dozens of DVD films and holiday films and pictures on discs and my sky box records any programmes I want to watch so with a little research I found the Panasonic S500 DVD player on ebay at a very good price. I was expecting a straight forward run of the mill player but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and features of the S500. Firstly it is a multi region player and produces a clear crisp picture as well as freeze frame and frame advance, not something I was bothered about but it`s all part of the package. My holiday photographs come up very well with very accurate colour projection. I can`t praise the S500 enough ...

    Plays absolutely everything and anything

    This is THE player to buy if like me your a lover of DVD's and have a large, mixed collection purchased from all over the world. This plays ANYTHING and you can't go wrong. Its a small sized slim player, easy to operate with only a few options to do so on the player itself and a nice remote that is also easy to buy again (if you like at least 2 remotes as I do) which is straightforward to use and to operate. The picture is clear and I've had 4 of these now (and bought 2 as presents for others) and never had any issues with any of them and to my knowledge the recipients of the 2 presents have never had issues either. If you want a multi region and you make sure when you purchase it clearly states that it is multi region (and which ones) you will not go wrong with this player. If you ...

    Panasonic CD/DVD USB Player

    I consider this player to be excellent in every way. From a practical point of view it is very, very easy to use, quality of video and sound is excellent and it looks really good at he side of the TV. I cannot think of anything bad to say about this equipment - it runs faultlessly. Based on my experience I can thoroughly recommend this product.
