Once again - delivered by a very friendly agent. I'm handicapped, confined to my wheelchair, living in an upstairs flat. This driver kindly came upstairs (as invited) to deliver the parcel. He even helped by telling me what the parcel contained. It might only have been a brief interaction, but he certainly did wonders for the Evri name.
