Terms and conditions of the sale

'Customer' means the consumer as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 'Goods' means the products offered by the Company and those chosen by the Customer in this transaction.

Order

By submitting a completed order in eBay the Customer shall be deemed as placing an order with the Company. The Company shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's Order in writing and will supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's completed order. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders but this does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.

Information

The Company provides information on the goods and its services in good faith. Errors and omissions on listings may be corrected by the Company. The customer may cancel the order with the Company and obtain a full refund if they have relied upon the error or omission.

Cancellation of Orders

The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of delivery and must provide written details to the Company of the order. All returns shall be sent to the Company’s registered address. Price and Delivery Charges

VAT receipts will be supplied by the Company on written request. Delivery charges (usually for post and packing) will be as advised at the time of placing the order. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail standard services however the Company reserves the right to use other methods of delivery as it deems appropriate or as agreed with the customer.

Dispatch and Delivery

Your order will normally be dispatched to the address you have advised us of within the timescale specified in the product listing. Any delivery dates quoted will be approximate and are given in good faith and the Company will not be liable for any reasonable delay however caused. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will advise you if a product is out of stock and will suggest an alternative product if one is available. Title to the goods remains with the Company until the Company has received in cleared funds the total contracted amount.

Warranties, Liability and Indemnity

The Company warrants that all Goods will correspond with the Order at the date of dispatch and will be free from defects at the time of delivery. In the event that the Company is in breach of this clause, the customer shall advise the Company in writing as soon as possible and in any event not later than 7 days after delivery other than when the defect was not apparent upon reasonable inspection. The Company will replace the defective goods or refund the price of the goods that are defective and this will be the extent of the Company’s liability.

Goods exported outside of the United Kingdom

The Customer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any applicable duties.

Use of Goods

The Goods are sold as food supplements or as oils for external use and are warranted as being fit for this purpose only. Where the Company provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe the Customer agrees to use the Goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer's statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company's conditions, recommendations or warnings. The Customer should seek medical advice if

they are in any doubt about their health condition and the suitability of the goods in this respect.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

The Company will protect the Customer's privacy and data in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable law or revisions. The Company shall not sell or share personal information with third parties except where legally obliged to do so by the relevant authorities. Credit card details supplied by the Customer will not be held by the Company but will be processed by Paypal whose terms and conditions will apply.

Jurisdiction

English law will apply to the contract and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.

Well I'm always a bit sceptical on reviews,but as a "getting on a bit" sort of guy suffering from dry painful muscle cramps I thought I would give these pills a go.....and ..WOW !!.they certainly worked well for me. After taking the prescribed dosage for about five days I noticed a distinct difference in no longer getting those very,very painful leg cramps,I am now taking just one tablet every other day with continued success.... YIPPY !!! Also, also have a higher blood pressure problem,and I've noticed that since taking the tablets my blood pressure has reduced considerably. I mean, I was curious about where their ingredients are coming from. Or where their products are being manufactured. UK? Somewhere else? It's not written even on their packets. When I visited Lindens' website and met their team, first thing dawned on me was : "Where is their chemist". Or "where is their lab"? "Why are they showing me their warehouseman, instead"? To keep it short, I can't be sure about their quality, without evidence. Of course I have bought and tried a few of the products. No problems or side effects at all, in the short run. Take medical advise first
The product came in an original package sealed up the tablets were a good size not to hard to swallow with a good glass of what, I had to stop taking them after a week because taking two day gave me a kidney infection and loads of pain. This was a personal reaction to the tablets and other people may not suffer this problem but my GP advised me to stop taking them and things are getting back to normal now. Does what it says on the tin
It's pottassium, in tablet form. What else is there to say? If you want a potassium supplement then it's good. The reason i've given it 4 stars not 5 is that a tub would be better. The packaging is fiddly to open and reseal and get tablets out of every day.
