It’s a shame this seller uses Evri for delivery because they missed the delivery estimation by two days and didn’t follow my leave safe instructions. If I were a less honest person, an opportunity was created by the courier because they left the parcel on the steps to my flat, in full view of passers by. That being said, the item was well packaged and exactly as described, we just all need to stop using Evri because they are the worst.

    It looks classy and performs well.

    This is a really handsome-looking kettle. The slightly irregular ribbed body is suggestive of a Chinese lantern . The body of the kettle is white plastic but looks like ceramic. It should be easy to keep clean and the colour won't chip off. The basic cylindrical design means it does require much room on a worksurface and the ordinary lid is easy to take off to fill. It is supposed to boil quickly, and is not very heavy.

    overall good, but living in a hard water area, found the thin gauze filter at the spout quickly disintegrates. Not yet found a good de-scaler for plastic kettles. Those currently available don't work well enough to completely clean the kettle

    Great Kettle.

    This is a good kettle that boils up quickly and is easy to fill. It is not heavy and looks nice. Fit for purpose. I know some people have complained about not being able to see the water level but all you have to do when you fill it up is look inside.
